Admite recursurile promovate de Parchetul de pe lângă Curtea de Apel Bacău şi Ministerul Public - Parchetul de pe lângă ÎCCJ în sensul că:
Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă 474/17.06.2008, pronunţată de Tribunalul Bacău şi în consecinţă
