Soluţionare
Admite recursurile formulate. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că obligă intimata pârâtă să plătească recurenţilor suplimentările salariale pentru Paşte şi Crăciun calculate conform art. 168 alin. 1 CCM, pentru perioada efectiv lucrată de fiecare în intervalul 2005 - 2007. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei . Obligă pârâta intimată la câte 1000 lei cheltuieli de judecată în favoarea recurenţilor Ion Gigel şi Arzoiu Florian. Irevocabilă.
