Admis fond
Respinge ca nefondată excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a Consiliului Local Galaţi.
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pe pârâţi să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele de drepturi salariale, conform Legii nr. 221/2008 pentru aprobarea OG 15/2008, pe perioada 01.10.2008 - 31.12.2009, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a ISJ Galaţi, pentru lipsa calităţii procesuale pasive.
