Nefondat
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâta SC"C."SA Bistriţa împotriva deciziei civile nr. 93/A din 26.11.2008 a Tribunalului Bistriţa-Năsăud pronunţată în dosar nr. 7576/190/2006, pe care o menţine.
Obligă pe numitul recurent să plătească intimaţilor C.I. ş.a. suma de 2.200 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 13 martie 2009.
