Respinge ca nefondată excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de Consiliului Judeţean Galaţi .
Admite acţiunea formulată de S********* Î************* P************* G***** pentru reclamanţi .
Obligă pârâţii Consiliului Judeţean Galaţi şi Şcoala Specială nr. 1 "Emil Gârleanu" să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile salariale reprezentând contravaloarea orelor prestate în regim de plată cu ora şi prin suplinirea în regim de cumul, precum şi sporul de vechime în muncă pentru orele prestate în regim de plată cu ora şi în regim de cumul, începând cu data 12.11.2006, la zi, în funcţie de perioada lucrată de fiecare dintre reclamanţi, sume actualizate cu rata inflaţiei la data plăţii efective.
