Admis recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâta SC P SA împotriva încheierii civile pronunţate la data de 10 aprilie 2009 în dosarul nr. 72/100/2009 al tribunalului Maramureş pe care o modifică în sensul că, suspendă, în temeiul art. 29 alin.5 din Legea nr. 47/1992, judecata acţiunii formulată de reclamanţii GV şi alţii în contradictoriu cu pârâta SC P SA şi dispune sesizarea Curţii Constituţionale cu privire la excepţia de neconstituţionalitate a art. 298 alin.2 ultima ipoteză din Codul Muncii.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 29 aprilie 2009.
