Respinge, ca nefondată, excepţia lipsei de calitate procesuală pasivă a Oraşului Gura – Humorului, prin primar, invocată de acest pârât.
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâţii să calculeze şi să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele de drepturile salariale neacordate, rezultate din neaplicarea Legii nr.221/2008, reprezentând diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite acestora în conformitate cu prevederile legii nr. 221/2008, începând cu data de 1 octombrie 2008 până la data de 31 decembrie 2009.
Definitivă şi executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
