admite acţiunea.Obligă pe pârâţi să plătească fiecărui reclamant diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite prin aplicarea Legii 221/2008 cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, prin care s-a aprobat OG 15/2008 începând cu data de 1 octombrie 2008 şi până la 31.12.2009 actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.Obligă pe pârâţi către reclamanţi la plata sumei de 200 lei cheltuieli de judecată
