DECIZIA CIVILĂ NR.390/CA
Admite recursul. Modifică în parte hotărârea in sensul că admite excepţia prescrierii dreptului la acţiune pentru perioada 01.04.2004 – 31.12.2004 şi respinge acţiunea pentru această perioadă ca fiind prescrisă. Obligă pârâta la plata reclamanţi a drepturilor băneşti reprezentând suplimentul postului şi suplimentul treptei de salarizare de la data de 01.01.2005 şi până la pronunţarea prezentei hotărâri corespunzător perioadei în care fiecare reclamant s-a aflat în raporturi de serviciu cu pârâta, sumele urmând a fi actualizate în raport cu indicele de inflaţie la momentul plăţii efective. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei.
