Soluţionare
Admite recursurile paratilor MJ.L.C., M.F.P., Curtea de Conturi si Curtea de Apel Brasov, impotria s.c. nr.914/2007 a Tribunalului Brasov pe care o modifica in parte in sensul ca
Admite exceptia prescriptiei dreptului material la actiune al reclamantilor - cu exceptia reclamantuli Foca Dan - pentru perioada 01.01.2001-25.01.2004.
Respinge pretentiile reclamantilor pentru plata diferentelor de drepturi de natrua salariala echivalente cu sporul de vechime pentru perioada 01.01.2001 - 25.01.2004.
