Soluţionare

Decizia nr.335/CM – respinge recursul reclamantului. Admite recursul M.J. modifică în parte sentinţa recurată. Respinge ca presrisă cererea de obligare la plata sporului de 50% pe perioada 1.08.2004 – 14.09.2004. obligă pârâţii la plata sporului de 50% către reclamanţii Acodrinesei N., Munteanu L şi Fota F. până la 1.01.2005 şi către ceilalţi reclamanţi până la 3.02.2007. menţine restul dispoziţiilor.
