Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul CL şi pârâţii din extinderea de acţiune împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 2164/14.11.2008, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 9239/117/2006 al Tribunalului Cluj pe care o modifică în sensul că respinge acţiunea reclamantei.
