Admis recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâta S* P***** S* împotriva încheierii civile pronunţate la data de 07.05.2009 în dosarul nr. 277/117/2008 al Tribunalului Cluj, pe care o modifică în sensul că suspendă, în temeiul art.29 alin.5 din Legea nr. 47/1992, judecata acţiunii formulate de reclamanţii A***** I***** K**** şi altii în contradictoriu cu pârâta SC Petrom şi dispune sesizarea Curţii Constituţionale cu privire la excepţia de neconstituţionalitate a art.298 alin.2 ultima ipoteză din Codul Muncii.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
