Dispus rejudecarea
Admite recursurile declarate de pârâţii CA Cj, MJ şi MFP împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1081 din 29.03.2010 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţatăîn dosar nr. 1047/117/2010 pe care o casează în parte şi dispune trimiterea cauzei spre rejudecarea fondului cauzei la aceeaşi instanţă. Menţine dispoziţiile primei instanţe sub raportul soluţionării excepţiilor formulate.
