Soluţionare
Respinge ca nefondat apelul formulat de inculpatul U****** V******* F***** împotriva sentinţei penale nr.133/12.02.2010 a Judecătoriei Sectorului 2 Bucureşti pronunţată în dosar 10692/300/2009.
Obligă apelantul la plata sumei de 250 lei cheltuieli judiciare către stat, iar onorariul avocatului din oficiu va fi avansat din fondurile Ministerului Justiţiei şi Libertăţilor Cetăţeneşti.
