Soluţionare

Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii la calcularea drepturilor salariale rezultate din aplicarea Legii nr. 221/2008 şi la plata către reclamantă a diferenţelor dintre drepturile salariale efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite pentru perioada 01.10.2008 – 31.12.2009, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţia la data plăţii efective, corespunzător perioadei efectiv lucrate în unitatea de învăţământ. Definitivă şi executorie de drept. Cu recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi 10.11.2010.
