Soluţionare
Admite recursul declarat de MECTS Bucureşti.
Modifică în parte sentinţa recurată în sensul că :
Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie a MFP Bucureşti, formulată de MECTS Bucureşti şi în consecinţă :
Obligă MFP Bucureşti să aloce fondurile necesare achitării către reclamanţi a drepturilor solicitate.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei ce nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii.
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de I************ Ş***** J******* B*******.
