Admis recurs
Respinge, ca tardiv, recursul formulat de I************ Ş***** J******* B******* împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 863 din 21 mai 2010 a Tribunalului Botoşani. Admite recursul formulat de Ministerul educaţiei, cercetării, tinetului şi sportului. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 863 /2010 a Tribunalului Botoşani, în sensul că: Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului finanţelor publice formulată de Ministerul educaţiei, cercetării, tineretului şi sportului. Obligă chematul în garanţie să aloce fondurile necesare plăţii drepturilor băneşti acordate reclamanţilor prin sentinţa recurată. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 23 noiembrie 2010.
