Soluţionare
Anulează ca netimbrate recursurile declarate de SC Gecotrans SRL şi SC Pietroasa SA. Admite recursurile formulate de Roşu Andrei şi Mihalaşcu Gabriel. Casează în parte sentinţa 737/16.06.2010 şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare privind cererile în anulare faţă de acxeşti recurenţi, la aceeaşi instanţă de fond. Respinge recursurile celorlalţi recurenţi, ca nefondate. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 28.10.2010.
