Soluţionare
Respinge ca nefondat , recursul declarat de reclamanţii H******** O******* şi Modoschi Viorica împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 654 din 8.12.2009 a Judecătoriei Botoşani.
Obligă reclamanţii recurenţi să plătească intimaţilor Biro Dorina, Ciopec Sorin şi Puşchiţă Maria suma de 800 lei cheltuieli de judecată în recurs .
