Soluţionare

Decizia nr.404/CM – Respinge recursul declarat de Oraşul Sulina pentru lipsă calitate procesuală activă. Respinge recursul Consiliului Local Sulina ca lipsit de interes. Admite recursul foprmulat de Primăria Sulina. Modifică sentinţa în sensul că respinge acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu Primărioa Sulina, pentru lipsa capacităţoii de folosinţă (red. Jud.AM -DR)
