Admite recursul.Modifică în parte sentinţa atacata.Admite in tot actiunea.Obliga parata la calcularea drepturilor salariale rezultate din aplicarea Legii nr.221/2008, precum si la plata diferentelor dintzre drepturile salariale efectiv incasate si cele cuvenite in conformitate cu lg.221/2008 şi pentru intervalul 01.10.2008-31.10.2008.Mentine celelalte dispozitii ale sentintei.Irevocabilă.
