Soluţionare
Respinge, ca nefondat, apelul declarat de reclamantul Lupu Costică împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 6015 din 17 noiembrie 2009 a Judecătoriei Botoşani, pe care o menţine.
În temeiul art. 274 Cod procedură civilă obligă reclamantul să plătească pârâtei A****** G******* suma de 500 lei, cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată.
Cu recurs în termen de 15 zile de la comunicare.
