Respinge recursul pârâtei. Admite recursul reclamantului Grigoruţă Ovidiu. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că admite acţiunea formulată de acesta şi obligă pârâta sa-i acorde începând cu data de 02.03.2006, la zi grupa condiţii speciale de muncă, la plata sporului aferent şi efectuarea menţiunilor corespunzătoare în carnetul de muncă. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
