Soluţionare

Amână pronunţarea la 10.06.2010 Decizia nr.3701/ES Admite recursul reclamanţilor Barbu Mariana, Burada Stelian, Calotă Violeta, Melencu Camelia, Minoiu Monica, Pană Florina, Popa Constanţa, Secară Vasilica, Vasile Maria. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă, îndreptată prin încheierea de la data de 5 martie 2010 în sensul că admite şi acţiunea formulată de aceşti reclamanţi. Obligă pârâţii T********* D***, Curtea de Apel Craiova şi M********* J********, către aceşti reclamanţi, la plata sporului de risc şi suprasolicitare neuropsihică calculat la salariul de bază lunar începând cu data de 8 octombrie 2007 şi până la 12 noiembrie 2009 sau, după caz, mai înainte de această dată, la intervenirea unei alte cauze legale de modificare sau stingere a dreptului, sume actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective şi la care se adaugă dobânda legală. Obligă T********* D*** să efectueze menţiunile privind acordarea acestui spor în carnetele de muncă ale reclamanţilor. Respinge recursurile formulate de reclamantul Ungureanu Ionel şi pârâţii M********* J******** şi C***** D* A*** A*** I****. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Irevocabilă.
