Amână cauza
După deliberare, constatând viciul de procedură cu recurenta-pârâtă Grădiniţa nr.62 „Sânziana”, în sensul că aceasta pentru termenul de azi în mod greşit a fost citată în „str.Almaşul Mic nr.1” în loc de „str. Almaşul Mic nr.2”, urmează a dispune citarea recurentei-pârâte mai sus menţionate, atât la adresa din str. Almaşul Mic nr.1 cât şi la adresa din str. Almaşul Mic nr.2.
Faţă de aceste considerente, urmează a amâna judecata pricinii, motiv pentru care,
