Soluţionare
Admite recursul declarat de MECTS Bucureşti. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr.1399 din 06 iulie 2010 a Tribunalului Botoşani în sensul că: Înlătură dispoziţia de obligare a pârâtului MECTS la plată către reclamanţi a diferenţelor de salariu în perioada 01.01.2010 - 06.07.2010, actualizate în raport de indicii de inflaţie, respectiv dobânda legală.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii.
Irevocabilă.
