Soluţionare

Respinge recursul formulat de pârâtul I************ Ş***** J******* B******* ca nefondat. Admite recursul formulat de Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr.1123 din 15.06.2010 a Tribunalului Botoşani în sensul că: Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice formulată de pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului. Obligă chematul în garanţie Ministerul Finanţelor Publice să aloce fondurile necesare plăţii sumelor de bani menţionate în hotărârea atacată. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei. Irevocabilă.
