Admis recurs

Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 1044/09.06.2010 a Tribunalului Botoşani – secţia civilă, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 2488/40/2010, în sensul că: Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată de pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului. Obligă pe chematul în garanţie Ministerul Finanţelor Publice să aloce fondurile necesare achitării sumelor la plata cărora au fost obligaţi pârâţii prin sentinţa recurată. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate, care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 18.11.2010.
