Soluţionare
Admite recursul declarat de pârâta SNTF de Marfă CFR Marfă SA.
Modifică în parte sentinţa atacată după cum urmează:
Respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii Todoran Zaharie şi Grancea Petru referitor la pretenţiile aferente anilor 2007, 2008 pentru autoritate de lucru judecat.
Reduce dela 407 lei la 307 lei ajutorul material aferent Zilei Feroviarului, cuvenit reclamanţilor pentru anul 2007.
menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei civile atacate.
Irevocabilă.
