Admitere recurs
Admite recursul. Modifica in parte sentinţa în sensul că obligă pârâta numai la plata ajutorului de ziua Feroviarului de 307 lei pentru 2007 şi 500 lei pt 2008 către reclamanti. Respinge actiunea în totalitate fata de reclamanţii Floarea Cosmin şi Soare Constantin. Obliga parata catre reclamantul Bordei Cristian numai la plata ajutorului pentru Ziua Feroviarului aferentă anului 2008, respectiv 500 lei. Obligă pârâta catre reclamanţii Ciobotea Ion Cristian si Rosiu Vasile numai la plata ajutorului pentru Ziua Feroviarului aferentă anului 2008, respectiv câte 500 lei fiecare.
Respinge celelalte capete ale cererii de chemare în judecată. Mentine restul dispozitiilor sentintei.
