Respins fond
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor Ministerul Educaţiei,Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului Bucureşti şi Consiliul Local Botoşani.
Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea având ca obiect pretenţii băneşti formulată de reclamanţi prin Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Botoşani în contradictoriu cu pârâţii:Liceul de Artă ,,Ştefan Luchian,,Botoşani, Consiliul Local Botoşani,Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţen Botoşani , Ministerul Educaţiei,Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului Bucureşti.
