Admis fond
HOT. Admite acţiunea formulată de Sindicatul Liber "Educaţia" Galaţi în numele reclamanţilor.
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de pârâtul Consiliul Local Galaţi şi respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a ISJ Galaţi.
Obligă pârâţii Colegiul Tehnic "PAul Dimo" Galaţi şi Consiliul Local Galaţi să recalculeze indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă cuvenită reclamanţilor cu luarea în considerare a tuturor drepturilor salariale cu caracter permanent încasate în ultimele trei luni de activitate, pentru perioada 22.04.2007 - 31.12.2009 şi să le plătească diferenţele salariale rezultate în urma recalculării, actualizate la rata inflaţiei cu începere de la data la care erau datorate şi până la plata efectivă.
