Admis fond în parte
Admite in parte acţiunea în pretenţii băneşti prin Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Botoşani în contradictoriu cu pârâţii:
Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamantului diferenţa de ajutor financiar prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006,respectiv dintre echivalentul în lei a 100 euro ce vor fi calculaţi în funcţie de cursul de schimb valutar ce va exista la data plăţii şi suma de 150 RON plătită în decembrie 2009.
Admite cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice formulată de Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului Bucureşti.
Obligă chematul in garanţie Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, să aloce fondurile necesare plăţii diferenţelor de ajutor financiar stabilit prin prezenta hotărâre.
Respinge ca nefondat capătul ce cerere privind plata cheltuielilor de judecata.
Definitivă şi executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 6.10.2010.
