Soluţionare
Admite acţiunea formulată de Sindicatul Independent al Artiştilor Instrumentişti din Orchestra Simfonică Botosani in numele si pentru reclamanţi - membri de sindicat, in contradictoriu cu pârâta Filarmonica de Stat Botoşani.
Obligă pârâta sa calculeze şi să plateasca fiecaruia dintre reclamanţi drepturile salariale reprezentând sporul de fidelitate in procent de 15% din salariul de bază şi sporul de suprasolicitare neuropsihică in procent de 5 % din salariul de bază, pentru intervalul: 1.06.2007 - 31.12.2009, sume ce vor fi actualizate cf indicelui de inflaţie de la data scadenţei şi până la data plăţii efective.
Definitivă şi executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs in termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată in şedinţa publică din 12.10.2010.

În temeiul art. 129 alin. 4, 5 Cod procedură civilă, amână judecarea cauzei la 12 octombrie 2010.
Reclamanţii primesc termen în cunoştinţă în conf. cu disp. art. 153 Cod procedură civilă, prin apărător ales
Se va cita pârâta cu copii de pe înscrisurile depuse de reclamanţi.
