Soluţionare

Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr.1382 din 20.09.2010 a Tribunalului Suceava în sensul că: Admite excepţia prescripţiei dreptului la acţiune pentru pretenţiile aferente perioadei 26.11.2007 - 1.06.2008 şi 1.12.2008 - 16.10.2009 şi respinge acţiunea reclam,anţilor cu acest obiect ca fiind prescrisă. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei atacate care nu sunt contrare prezentei. Irevocabilă.
