Având în vedere întâmpinarea depusă de pârâtul MECTS şi termenul solicitat de apărătorul reclamanţilor pentru studiul acesteia, şi pentru a depune la dosar dovada parcurgerii procedurii prealabile faţă de ordonatorii de credite, actul administrativ prin care au fost stabilite drepturile salariale cuvenite reclamanţilor, aferente anului 2010, şi să indice numele persoanei care are funcţie de conducere în cadrul unităţii şcolare,
