Admis recurs
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale active invocate în recurs de recurentă.
Admite recursul.
Modifică în parte sentinţa recurată în sensul că obligă recurenta-pârâtă să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa de drepturi salariale constând în prima cuvenită de Ziua Feroviarului, pentru anii 2006-2008, corespunzător perioadei lucrate de fiecare dintre reclamanţi, echivalentă cu salariul de bază la nivelul clasei următoare de salarizare drepturi salariale, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei.
Ia act că nu s-au solicitat cheltuieli de judecată.
