Respinge ca tardiv recursul formulat de pârâta Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Suceava.
Admite recursurile formulate de reclamanţii Beşleagă Maria şi Săvoaia Nicolae Victor.
Casează în parte sentinţa civilă nr.1092 din 07 iunie 2010 a Tribunalului Suceava - Secţia civilă şi trimite cauza aceleiaşi instanţe pentru rejudecarea acţiunii formulate de reclamanţii Beşleagă Maria şi Săvoaia Nicolae Victor.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii.
Obligă pârâta recurentă Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Suceava să plătească reclamantei intimate Cuţui Gabriela Iuliana suma de 500 lei reprezentând cheltuieli de judecată din recurs.
Irevocabilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 05 octombrie 2010.
