HOT. Admite acţiunea formulată de către reclamanţi prin reprezentant legal.
Obligă pârâţii Consiliul Local Galaţi şi Şcoala Gimnazială nr. 18 Galaţi să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile salariale reprezentate de prima de vacanţă în cuantum egal cu un salariu de bază din luna anterioară plecării în concediu, aferentă anului 2009, actualizată cu rata inflaţiei la data plăţii efective.
