Soluţionare
Admite acţiunea în pretenţii băneşti formulată de reclamanţi -prin Liga Sindicatelor din Învăţământ Botoşani în contradictoriu cu pârâţii: Şcoala nr. 7 Botoşani, Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani, Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului Bucureşti.
Obligă pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa de ajutor financiar prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006,respectiv dintre echivalentul în lei a 100 euro ce vor fi calculaţi în funcţie de cursul de schimb valutar ce va exista la data plăţii şi suma de 150 RON plătită în decembrie 2009.
Respinge ca nefondată cererea de chemare în garanţie a Ministerului Finanţelor Publice Bucureşti formulată de Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului Bucureşti.
Definitivă şi executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 14.12.2010.
