Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamanţii SV, LO, PA, DG, CI, SN, SL, MAAR, RVG, BIC, HI, MVG, SLF, GM,ALA, HAG, BP împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 235 din 8 februarie 2010 a Tribunalului Maramureş, pronunţată în dosar nr. 5563/100/2009, pe care o menţine.
