Respinge ca nefondată excepţia prescrierii dreptului material la acţiune privind prima de vacanţă pe anul 2007. Respinge ca nefondată excepţia inadmisibilităţii acţiunii. Obligă pârâţii Consiliul Judeţean Galaţi şi Şcoala Specială „Constantin Pufan” Galaţi să plătească reclamanţilor prima de vacanţă aferentă anilor 2007 - 2008, în cuantum de un salariu de bază din luna anterioară plecării în concediu, actualizată cu indicele de inflaţie începând cu data naşterii dreptului şi până la data plăţii, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţiei la data plăţii. Cu recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică astăzi 05 octombrie 2010.
