Admis recurs
Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 1564 din 11 octombrie 2010 a Tribunalului Suceava, în sensul că se înlătură dispoziţia de ibligare a pârâtului recurent la reîncadrarea salarială a reclamanţilor potrivit disp. Legii 221/2008 pentru perioada 01.10.2008 - 31.12.2009 şi de obligare a aceluiaşi pârât la reîncadrarea salarială a reclamanţilor începând cu data de 01.01.2010 potrivit disp. Legii 330/2009 privind salarizarea unitară a personalului plătit din fondurile publice.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă.
