În temeiul disp.art.2811 C.pr.civ. lămureşte dispozitivului sentinţei civile nr. 2084/16.12.2010, pronunţată de Tribunalul Constanţa în dosarul civil nr. 6079/118/2010, în sensul că : reclamanţii au desfăşurat activităţi în grupa I de muncă, conform menţiunilor din carnetele de muncă, în funcţiile şi perioadele stabilite prin hotărâre, timpul efectiv lucrat la locurile de muncă incluse în această grupă fiind în procent de 100% din programul de lucru.
Definitiva şi executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs, în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
