Admite acţiunea
Admite acţiunea în pretenţii băneşti formulată de reclamanţi prin Federaţia Sindicatelor Ramurii Vagoane în contradictoriu cu pârâta SNTFC CFR Călători SA Bucureşti.
Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor în raport de perioada efectiv lucrată de fiecare în parte, ajutorul material aferent sărăbătorilor de Paşti pentru anul 2009, respectiv un salariu de bază la nivelul clasei unu de salarizare actualizat conform indicelui de inflaţie de la data scadenţei şi până la data plăţii efective.
Definitivă şi executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 20 decembrie 2010.
