Soluţionare
Amână pronunţarea hotărârii la data de 25 ianuarie 2011. Admite recursul, modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că admite în parte acţiunea şi în consecinţă obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor adaosul salarial egal cu contravaloarea a 4000 mc. gaze naturale anual în funcţie de perioada efectiv lucrată de fiecare reclamant în anii 2006 - 2008, sume ce vor fi actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie până la data plăţii efective. Respinge ca prescrise pretenţiile reclamanţilor privind drepturile salariale aferente anului 2005. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei cu privire la ceilalţi reclamanţi şi cu privire la excepţii. Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamanţii Fritea Eugenia, Popa Eugenia, Popa Nicolae, Popovici Gheorghe, Roponcea Ioan, Şimon Ionel. Fără cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
