Admite acţiunea.
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de pârâtul Consiliul Local Galaţi, şi respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a Inspectoratului Şcolar Judeţean Galaţi.
Obligă pârâţii Consiliul Local Galaţi şi Şcoala Gimnzială nr. 20 "Traian" Galaţi să plătească reclamanţilor prima de vacanţă pentru anii 2008 şi 2009 în cuantum de un slariu de bază pe an, indexată cu indicele de inflaţie cu începere de la data naşterii dreptului şi până la plata efectivă.
