Admite ca fondate recursurile civile declarate de către reclaamnta HM şi pârâtas DGFP a jud. Hunedoara împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 2431/2010 pronunţată de Judecătoria Deva, judeţul Hunedoara, pe care o casează şi dispune trimiterea cauzei spre rejudecare la aceeaşi instanţă de fond.
