Soluţionare
Admite recursul.
Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că admite acţiunea şi obligă pârâţii să plătească membrilor de sindicat ai reclamantului, personal didactic din tabelele anexate acţiunii , tranşele suplimentare de vechime, conform art. 50 alin. 1 şi 2 din Legea nr. 128/1997, pentru perioada 1.03.2006-31.12.2007, în funcţie de vechimea în învăţământ pe perioada respectivă a fiecăruia, prevăzută de textul de lege , actualizate în raport de rata inflaţiei .
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
Irevocabilă.
